Drew Sandler

Over his 15‑year career in real estate, Drew has led capital strategy for both LP and GP investment platforms—most recently serving as Managing Partner at Flyover Holdings, a privately held evergreen fund with holdings across the Midwest and Southeast. Prior to that, he opened and led the Southeast office for Way Capital, a debt and equity advisory firm headquartered in Los Angeles. His earlier experience includes acquisitions roles with a family office and a Southeast‑based developer. Drew is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans.

Outside of work, he enjoys being on the water with his Golden Retriever and Great Pyrenees, playing hockey, and spending time on the golf course.
