Choose your lot and floor plan
We’re excited to welcome you to the start of your home-building journey! Explore our variety of homes, floor plans, and customization options. Once you’ve chosen your lot, home plan, and any structural enhancements, you’ll sign the sales agreement and take the first step toward building your dream home.

Design Selections
You’ll receive a personalized link to view your home in 3D and explore our design library. Next, we’ll schedule a visit to our Design Center, where you can experience products firsthand and finalize your selections. Before construction begins, you’ll meet with your project manager for a pre-construction review.

Breaking Ground
As we begin construction—often called the “vertical stage”—our focus will be on laying the foundation, framing, and roofing. You’ll also have the opportunity to join us for the MEP Walk, your first on-site visit with the construction crew.

That’s why we have compiled nearly every finish option available for our homes, from the trim to the tile and everything in between, and made samples available to new clients right in our office. Clients can now see the design options available to them in the interactive digital tools before coming in for the design appointment to have time to think about their options and visualize within their home before coming in to finalize their selections. Once they’ve had times to think about it, they will come in for their design appointment to finalize the design of their homes quickly and often in just one session with the help of our design experts. As our client, you will work directly with our Design Team who offer a hands-on, professional, and fun experience. Our goal is to create a design-focused space that streamlines your selection-making process. Please note that design appointments can vary in time based on the size of your home. We’ll be there every step of the way to ensure your dream becomes reality.

Design selections via home configure
We will setup a custom link to Home Configure for you to see your home in 3D, and also you’ll be able to start exploring our design library to begin selecting your preferences. While we await your building permit, you will have the opportunity to review design options with our Design Team and finalize your selections.
Design selection finalization meeting
We will coordinate a time for you to visit our Design Center, where you can finalize your selections and explore a range of products in person. Design meetings generally last between two to four hours. Should you have any enhancement selections, a Design Analysis Change Order will be prepared and submitted to you for your approval.
