Josh Hutzler

With over 25 years of leadership in the homebuilding industry, Josh brings a wealth of operational expertise and a deep-seated passion for excellence to Lanthorne Homes. His journey in the industry is uniquely comprehensive, beginning as the principal owner of his own custom home company before moving into executive roles with some of the nation’s most prominent builders. His career is defined by a commitment to bridging the gap between high-level corporate strategy and the “boots on the ground” reality of construction. At Lanthorne, Josh oversees the daily pulse of the company, ensuring that our commitment to quality is matched by operational precision and a seamless experience for every homeowner.

A native of the state he loves—West Virginia—Josh met his high school sweetheart and wife there to raise their family before moving to the Palmetto State. Outside of the office, Josh stays active through exercise, golf, hiking and volunteering with veteran military and law enforcement-based organizations. Above all, he treasures time spent with his wife, Jennifer, and their two daughters, Isabella and Bianca (along with their dog, Mayla). For Josh, a great day is defined simply: “…doing just about anything with my girls.”
