Ryan Gloger

Ryan Gloger is a Tampa native and Stanford University alumnus with over 22 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. In addition to overseeing the Lowcountry market for Lanthorne Homes, he is the owner of Gloger Construction, a Tampa-based custom home contracting firm specializing in high-end residential design, finish carpentry, custom cabinetry, millwork, and remodeling throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. Ryan also co-owns Momentum Homes, a boutique custom-builder in Tampa Bay known for thoughtfully designed new homes that blend beauty with functionality

Ryan began his career as a superintendent with Inland Homes before launching his own homebuilding venture in 2007 and the millwork business a year later. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship and client satisfaction. He also owns and manages successful commercial properties in the region, expanding his experience beyond residential construction.

A former All‑American baseball player, Ryan was inducted into the Jesuit High School Baseball Hall of Fame. He brings the same discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence from his athletic career into every professional endeavor. Outside of his businesses, Ryan enjoys fishing, playing golf, and spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
