Urmila Menon

Urmila brings more than three decades of technology leadership experience and a proven track record of using technology to drive business growth, scale, and operational excellence. Her expertise spans AI-driven innovation and automation, enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and business intelligence.

Urmila began her career in software engineering and has held senior technology leadership roles across multiple industries, including homebuilding, commercial and residential restoration, security, and financial services. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale enterprise transformations, modernization initiatives, and technology strategies supporting complex, growing organizations.

Most recently, Urmila served as Chief Information Officer at Tri Pointe Homes, where she led technology strategy, AI and automation, digital transformation, and the modernization of ERP, CRM, and construction technology platforms. Previously, she served as Chief Technology Officer at ATI Restoration, where she led the rollout of a next-generation enterprise technology platform, including ERP, CRM, and HCM systems, supporting the integration of more than 30 acquisitions.

Urmila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Cummins College of Engineering. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, emceeing community events, Bollywood dancing, and mentoring the next generation of technology leaders. She and her husband of 28 years, Sunil, have two children: Arjun and Sanjana.
