Shane Smith

Shane brings a diverse background in leadership, operations, sales, and property management to the Lanthorne Homes team. With 18 years of service in the South Carolina Army National Guard, a decade in the automotive industry, and five years managing residential properties, Shane is experienced in navigating fast-paced, high-coordination environments. Most recently, he served as a Property Manager in Charge, overseeing operations, budgeting, compliance, and team leadership.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys cheering on his son at football and basketball games and continuing a cherished three-generation family tradition of Sunday bowling with his Dad.
