Kristina Riley

Kristina joined the Lanthorne Lowcountry team in the summer of 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and later earned her real estate license while working with Gibson Sotheby’s in Boston, before expanding her background in property management with Greystar. With over 15 years of customer service experience and a passion for home design, she brings a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a client-focused approach to her work.

At Lanthorne Homes, Kristina plays a key role in shaping the company’s semi-custom home offerings through thoughtful plans development, design coordination, and the integration of technology to enhance the homebuyer experience. Collaborating across teams, she ensures each home reflects both creativity and precision.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her husband, Nathan, their daughter, Sophia, and their son, Dylan. Together, they love visiting the beach, exploring new towns, and discovering new cuisines.
