Kathryn Taylor

Kathryn Taylor joined our Upstate team in the summer of 2025 as a Marketing Associate at Front Light Building Company, where she supports brand growth through digital marketing, social media, event coordination, and web strategy for both Olde Eight and Lanthorne Homes.

A native of Greenwood, South Carolina, Kathryn earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Brand Communications from Clemson University. During her time at Clemson, she served as Vice President of Programming for the Clemson Marketing Association and was an active member of the Clemson Sales Club, where she developed skills in experiential marketing and event execution.

Kathryn’s experience includes working as a community assistant in property management. She also served as a marketing and communications intern with the Pearce Center for Professional Communication, developing impactful content and strategies for local nonprofits. She was selected to work the 2025 Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia, where she supported high-volume retail operations and helped deliver a memorable patron experience that reflected the tournament’s heritage, rich traditions, hospitality, and commitment to excellence.

Kathryn is active in church, enjoys traveling with her family, playing golf, and exploring all the South has to offer. She is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community she grew up in and is passionate about contributing to the growth and development of the Greenwood area.
