Chad joins us with over 21 years of experience in the Lowcountry and a wealth of expertise working with some of the nation’s top subcontractors. His deep understanding of the industry, coupled with his experience managing neighborhood projects, will make him a key asset to our team.

Before joining us, Chad spent many years in the construction and building sectors, focusing on project management, client relations, and team leadership. His extensive background in the Lowcountry market will help us drive successful projects and foster stronger partnerships with subcontractors and clients alike. Originally from the Lowcountry, Chad has a passion for the region’s culture, landscapes, and the tight-knit community it offers. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring local spots, fishing, and spending time with his family.
