Ben McNeel

Ben is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and a minor in Business Administration. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading custom home operations, large-scale residential development, and commercial construction projects. Throughout his career, Ben has built a reputation for operational excellence, improving profitability, and delivering complex construction initiatives on time and within budget.

Known for his hands-on approach and strong relationships with trade partners, suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers at both the local and national levels, Ben combines practical field experience with strategic business leadership. He is passionate about people, systems, and processes and brings a people-first leadership style that aligns closely with our culture.

Outside of work, Ben has been married to his wife, Tatum, for 25 years and is the proud father of Jackson and Brix. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and college football—especially cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
