Aaron Willis

Aaron brings a strong background and a deep passion for the construction industry. He is a native of Charleston, South Carolina, and is a graduate of The Citadel, where he focused on business with an emphasis on project management. His early exposure to commercial construction, working alongside his father, fostered his respect for the trades and cemented his commitment to this field.

 A significant highlight in his career was starting and successfully growing a small business, which was later acquired by a Berkshire Hathaway company. This experience demonstrated to him the power of committing to a clear mission and surrounding yourself with good people, even in an industry where moral integrity can sometimes be challenging.

Outside of the office, Aaron‘s world revolves around his family: his wife, Madison, and their three children: Aubrey (5), Nora (3), and six-month-old Emma. When he finds free time, he enjoys getting out on the boat to go fishing, often accompanied by his dog, Goose.
