What You’ll Do
As our Sales Experience Support professional, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for homebuyers while keeping sales operations running smoothly.
You’ll:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for prospects, homebuyers, and internal teams
- Coordinate key milestones from contract execution through closing
- Help customers feel informed, valued, and supported throughout their journey
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they impact the customer experience
- Prepare and manage contracts, addenda, and sales documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
- Support customer communications, appointments, walkthroughs, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with construction, design, finance, and sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs
- Assist with community events, model home activities, and sales initiatives
- Research answers, solve problems, and connect customers or team members with the right resources

Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, coordination, administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred
- Experience in homebuilding, residential construction, real estate, design centers, mortgage lending, or related industries
- Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Familiarity with contracts, customer transactions, or project coordination
