Some of my earliest memories as a kid were spent on job sites — walking through framed walls that would soon become someone’s home, listening to hammers and saws, and watching the incredible transformation from blueprint to home. I didn’t realize it then, but those early days planted a deep appreciation for the art of building and the joy that comes with creating spaces where life unfolds.
That love for building never left me. It’s what inspired me to be part of this journey with Matt and Ryan — to help bring Lanthorne Homes to life. Together, we share a passion for making homebuilding a better experience — one that feels inspiring instead of intimidating, personal instead of cookie-cutter, and full of possibility instead of pressure.
A Different Kind of Homebuilding Experience
At Lanthorne Homes, we’re reimagining what it means to build your dream home. You don’t have to choose between quality, design, and affordability — you can have all three. We’ve combined years of custom home expertise with a simplified process that removes the guesswork and stress, giving you confidence every step of the way.
From carefully curated selections to thoughtful floor plans and transparent communication, our goal is to make building a home feel like it should: exciting, rewarding, and genuinely enjoyable.
Three Series, One Purpose
Every home we build — whether from our Cottage, Neighborhood, or Estate Series — carries the same commitment to craftsmanship, timeless design, and livability. Each one is thoughtfully designed to feel uniquely yours, because we believe the details matter — from the light that fills your kitchen in the morning to the way your living room feels when it’s full of friends and laughter.
Making the American Dream Attainable
At its heart, Lanthorne Homes is about more than construction — it’s about connection. It’s about helping people achieve the American dream of homeownership without the stress, confusion, or overwhelm that too often comes with it.
Because at Lanthorne Homes, building your dream home shouldn’t be overwhelming or stressful — it should be comfortable, personal, and it should be incredibly exciting to create a space that fits your life.
