Front Light Building Co. is looking for a Part-Time, On-Call Van Driver to join our team. We are a premier construction and development firm dedicated to creating innovative real estate solutions, and we need a safety-conscious professional to help our staff get where they need to go.
The Journey
This isn’t your typical 9-to-5. You’ll be the primary connection for our team traveling between Bluffton and Greenwood, SC.

The Route: You’ll navigate the drive (approximately 3 hours) primarily between the Bluffton and Greenwood areas.

The Day: During your time in Greenwood, you will remain on-call to transport staff between local work sites as needed.

The Schedule: This is a highly flexible, on-call position. Hours will fluctuate based on our staff’s travel needs, and while most trips are day-trips, occasional overnight stays in Greenwood may be required.

What You Bring to the Driver’s Seat

Experience: Proven experience as a van driver, shuttle driver, or in a similar professional driving role.

Credentials: A valid South Carolina Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).

Reliability: The ability to be highly flexible, accept assignments on short notice, and maintain alertness during 4–5 hour travel periods.

Physical Readiness: You should be comfortable performing basic vehicle checks like checking fluids and tires. Able to sit for up to 4 hours at a stretch in the drivers seat.

Safety First: A strict commitment to traffic laws and remaining drug- and alcohol-free at all times while on duty or on call.
